Haii, udah lama nggak ngepost tentang anak-anak di sekitar kosan yang sering main. Padahal tiap Sabtu sore mereka ke kosan. Pernah suatu kali mereka dateng berdelapan dan ribut bukan main haha. Minta ngajakin ke rooftop, ngajak senam, ngajak main, padahal kan awalnya mau ngajak baca buku. Kebetulan sore ini cuman Aila sama Ara, biasanya Aila dateng sama Risya atau Reva. Minggu lalu pas hectic proposal, mereka dateng buat ngerjain PR. Anw, buku bacaannya masih yang dari awal ada, belum sempat nambah stok. Tapi semoga mereka selalu betah yak! 💙📚

Nggak ngerti lagi mau jelasin mereka kayak gimana. Yang jelas tiap kali rapat kerjaannya ketawa ketiwi ngomongin macem-macem.
Cuman rapat sama mereka nih perut bisa sakit kebanyakan ketawa.

Be A Finisher
Talk is cheap. Starting actions is expensive and always the hardest. Finishing actions speaks more. Because anyone can talk and take the first step. But only the remarkable ones stay on the path until they complete the 1000th one. The big question behind is what’s the point of starting if we don’t finish?
Great winning and leadership comes to those who follow-through, who stand for near-flawless execution. Who stay with a project with the tenacity of a pit bull until the things gets done.
Small steps to finish are big steps. Tiny changes to finish lead to giant leap and sustained transformation. It’s all about completing important things we start. Coming up with a better way to behave at work is the giant leap that creates a new inner pathway called mastery. Treating people with more kindness and understanding is the giant leap that install habit called humanity. That little first steps sends a clear signal to life that we want to change and have the courage to make the first move.
Step by step. Finishing and elevating it gets easier. To grow and expand through the work we do, the actions we take and the lives we lead. It’s what ultimately makes us feel fulfilled. Energizes us and makes us who we truly are. Being a person of action who build credibility is about generating results – the foundation of trust. Because getting great things done speaks for itself.

So did my talk with my lecturer few days ago. He talked about someone who’s just went to Germany, has a good job out of the ordinary ‘STIS graduate’, live her life to the fullest. I was a bit ‘giddy with awe’ hearing her story from the lecturer. Then I came up with a conclusion that if she can, why don’t you try?
