i. Go out. Even if you’re alone, go out and have fun. Go to places that you like. Visit the place that can be your escape.

ii. Surround yourself with people. Watch each one of them, how they laugh, how they talk. Notice how they can make things lighter than the usual. There are a lot of people around you, you just have to look at them.

iii. Sing a song. Sing what your heart feels. Sing a song that reminds you of someone, or a song that can best describe how you feel. Close your eyes and feel the lyrics and be on your own little world.

iv. Write everything in a paper. Write whatever you like. Write how you feel. Pour your heart in every word, write the things that bothers you, write how you feel. Write the things that you can’t utter.

v. Pray. Don’t forget to talk to God. Tell Him everything, your worries, your disappointments, your pain, your anger, your fears, everything. He will listen to you. He will always give you the answers to your prayers, maybe not in a way you expect it but in his own way. Never forget that God is always there for you.

If you will do these things, you will feel that you don’t need anyone for you to breathe. You’re not alone, you have yourself.
